(“Dreyer’s”; NNM: DRYR). The company manufactures and distributes a full spectrum of ice cream and frozen dessert products. Brands currently manufactured and distributed by Dreyer's include Grand; Grand Light®; Häagen-Dazs®; Nestlé® Drumstick®, Crunch®, Butterfinger®, Baby Ruth®, Toll House®, Carnation®, Push-Ups®; Dole®; Homemade; Fruit Bars; Starbucks® and Healthy Choice®. The company's premium products are marketed under the Dreyer's brand name throughout the western states and Texas, and under the Edy's® name throughout the remainder of the United States. Dreyer's (together with Edy's) is the best selling brand of packaged premium ice cream in the country. Internationally, the Dreyer's brand extends to select markets in the Far East and the Edy's brand to the Caribbean and South America The company's foodservice products are sold to a wide range of foodservice operators throughout the country including restaurants, ice cream parlors, stadiums, and other commercial and institutional establishments. The company distributes its products through its unique direct-store-delivery system consisting of company-owned and independent distributors. The company also manufactures and distributes selected branded ice cream products marketed by other companies.
